I’ve a friend in the US. She has a boyfriend, however, for some reason, the boyfriend has this female stalker, who is more the willing to spend money on PI to discover personal information about the couple. Even more strange the stalker actually walks a spiritual path of a reiki and possibly other forms of practice.
After all kinds of efforts, this woman continues to disturb them. My friend has tried all kinds of things, including psychic help. She’s been telling me of this problem for several months now.
So I decided to try a shield spell for her. I informed her via email but my friend didn’t read about for like 10 days after the event. When I caught up with her later, on a messenger, she finally read my email and she was amazed. Apparently they were no longer angered by this woman calling frequently, her relationship between her and bf has improved. All in all life has improved a lot. Hearing that I was pleased.
So here’s the spell I did (in summary).
1) I used a quartz crystal for a focus and to create a mental hexagon crystal shape around the couple.
2) Call on God, archangels, angels, guides. Each entity was called upon 3 times.
3) Finally ask to remove all negative energy and create a shield around the couple that allows all energy to pass out of it and block any negative and allow only good or neutral energy to pass in.
4) Most importantly that this shield is not traceable to me.
Anyway after this success, she asked since I’m good at this, can I cast a spell to increase boob size 
hahaha nearly fell out my chair when she said this. So I said okay I can always try but told her that I’ll need some ahh “ahem” pictures for proof if it works
Heh she told me that she has just take some.. so I guess I have to figure out what to do to cast that spell. Would be an interesting money making side line if it works! hahaha

How many time have we reacted to things that we see or hear but we don’t understand why it affects us like this. For example, maybe your friend/relative or simple an object, for some unexplainable reason invokes feelings of anger, jealousy, sadness or positive emotions like joy, happiness. For example, we may see a heart shaped stone, it reminds you of one that was given by a boyfriend, that memory can invoke rage, sadness, happiness depending on what you’ve associated it with. Worst of, sometimes we simply get angry/annoyed by people by their mere presense or when they speak even in neutral tones.
What can we do about it? I’ve found a interesting prayer written by Joe Vitale that address just this problem. The exact words are not important, but the feelings that you want to remove and what you want to replace it with should be present when you say this prayer. Even if you don’t believe this prayer. Then insert that disbelief in the prayer and use the intention to replace it with belief.
Spirit, please locate the origin of my feelings and thoughts of <insert your negative or limiting belief>.
Take each and every level, layer, area, and aspect of my Being to this origin.
Analyze and resolve it perfectly with God’s truth.
Come through all generations of time and eternity, healing every incident and its appendages based on the origin. Please do it according to God’s will until I’m at the present — filled with light and truth, God’s peace and love, forgiveness of every person, place, circumstance and event which contributed to these feelings and thoughts. With total forgiveness and unconditional love, I delete the old from my DNA, release it and let it go now.
I feel <insert that you want to feel>,
I allow every physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual problem, and inappropriate behaviour based on the old feelings to quickly disappear. Thank you spirit for coming to my aid and helping me attain a full measure of my nature my creation.

I’ve tried this, I found that it does work. For some of the emotional stuff that makes me angry, I’ve been using it. In most cases, it has reduce and in some cases freed me of having that feeling being invoked when I lease expect it.
However, I do warn you, that some of these beliefs that we have, have been with us for such a long time that our own energy flow might be slowed or damaged. When I used it on one of the strongest reactions for me, I found that I had strange aches and felt that I need to throw up. It passed rather quickly, but I would suggest you don’t try this while driving. In case your reactions are even stronger then mine. Such reactions, are known in the psychic world as growth periods. This is when the body adjusts to new energy flow, get rid of blockages and toxins that may be trapped. Best practice in such a case, is rest, food, exercise, sex and fun!
